VOLTA will make you say WOW!

Have you ever been to Cirque Du Soleil?

I have only missed one and each time it gets more and more breathtaking than the time before. I remember one that I went to a few years and thought wow that is amazing but the Votla…that had me looking for a word that is beyond amazing. I didn’t even pull my phone out for much of the night that is how amazing it was. You know when you don’t even bother to pick up your phone and forget that you are media it’s a problem lol. Let me tell you how Volta will make you say wow and how you must catch Volta in Atlanta while it’s here.

Volta in Atlanta

Dates: October 10 – January 5, 2020

Location: Atlantic Station – under the white and grey tent

Hashtags: #VOLTA and #cirquedusoleil

Facebook: @VOLTA

We got there a little late due to traffic so we missed the first 15 min of the show. Talk about mad but I know better being in Atlanta. If you are going to show be there on time because it starts on time. They will not let you in until there is a slight break because they don’t want people getting up and disturbing the acts. I truly understand that so my best advice is to leave 2 hours early and just hang out down there until the show. Now let’s talk the various acts

There was a song in the beginning that a guy was singing and I am determined to find the song seeing the song sung live gave me a chill.

This performance right here…

Freedom is the ultimate achievement.

Energetic, urban and contemporary, VOLTA is a captivating voyage of discovery that showcases never-before-seen under the Big Top acrobatics in a visually striking world. Driven by a stirring melodic score and inspired in part by the adventurous spirit that fuels the culture of street sports, VOLTA is about finding yourself and unveiling your personal powers. VOLTA is a story of transformation. It is about being true to oneself, fulfilling one’s true potential, and recognizing one’s own power to make it possible. Ultimate freedom comes with self-acceptance, and with the liberation of the judgement of others.Waz is a gameshow contestant that has lost touch with himself. He’s ashamed of who he is because of his difference. Follow him as he enters the show in search of fame, thinking that this will bring him love and acceptance from others. What he will find is something else: that fame is not the answer. If fame doesn’t provide freedom and acceptance, then what does? Will Waz reconnect with his true self – and stand up for all that makes him truly unique? Will he realize that his difference is what makes him extraordinary?

He was funny. Be prepared to laugh with this guy below. The washing machine part was the laugh that I needed because if you are a mom and use to things breaking down this will speak to you and I’m not just talking about the washing machine.

Volta in Atlanta

At first I was like is the stage big enough to hold them I got my answer real fast lol.

Volta in Atlanta

On a scale of a 1 to 10 I give this a 10! The singing, the tricks, the breathtaking moments are all worth it. Your kids will love this show and it’s great for even my teenage son who when I showed him the video of the bike stunts he said wow the entire time. Make this a date night and see Volta in Atlanta. This also makes a great Christmas present!

I received media tickets to attend the event. All opinions are my own

I’ve been to so many of them when I lived in Atlanta. My favorite was the Michael Jackson one. It was AH-MAZING!! I think these are great shows and children love them because it shows them what’s possible through the eyes of our imagination.
