Who doesn’t love Spaghetti? It’s a great weeknight meal that can be done quickly. Add in some garlic bread and chile you got yourself a good ole meal. I like Classico as my main sauce it’s the only one I will use if I don’t make my own but if I have the extra time I will make my own sauce. Here is how I do Spaghetti my way.

Spaghetti my way

1 pound of ground round steak

 5 slices of bacon cut into small pieces

1 medium can of mushrooms (stems and pieces) If you can’t find can do the containers of mushrooms

 4 tablespoons olive oil 

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

3 cups of grated cheese (American is fine or parmesan)

Box of spaghetti 

1 large onion  chopped

1 large bell pepper chopped

salt (how much is up to you)

paprika (use it until the spirits tell you to stop)

 pepper (put it on there how ou like it)

 1 quart can tomatoes

 Put bacon in frying pan cook with onions and bell peppers until brown. Add olive oil and ground meat. Cook until meat is brown add tomatoes sauce, salt pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until thickens. Pour over cooked spaghetti cover with grated cheese.
