Where to have a boys birthday party in Atlanta + Wed Links

Whew my long weekend is ova! I had my sons birthday party on Saturday but his official birthday was on yesterday. Happy Belated Birthday to my now 12-year-old son. I was trying to decide where to have his party at in Atlanta and I got a great list of places that I wanted to share with you. Let me help you find where to have a boy’s birthday party in Atlanta.

Where to have a boys birthday party in Atlanta

Main Event – This is where I had my sons party at. I have been here for several parties before. It’s best to book early in the day for this spot because they get packed early.

The Man Cave – You can book the entire spot for a cool boys birthday party.

College football hall of Fame – I attended a party here. This was so cool for the boy who loves football. It’s also girl friendly so don’t feel any type of way if you invite girls.

Andretti – This was too far from me so I wasn’t about to make that hour and a half drive but if you live near Atlanta this is a great spot to have a party at

Pool Party at Georgia Tech – I was thinking about a pool party but 12-year-old boys with girls…..nope nope nope

Sky Zone – Awesome place. This place will give you a workout and it’s fun for boys they will tire out really quick

iFly Atlanta – I took my kids here last summer for a party for my son’s friend. Expensive but well worth it!

Wildfire Paintball – My son wanted to do this but they were booked when I called we will do this with a few of his friends next year

These are just a few places I called around and I have been to personally. These are perfect for the older boys around ages 9 and up. I hope you loved this list of where to have a boys birthday party in Atlanta.

We switched to sleepovers when my boys each turned 10. They get to go to the arcade and then back to my house for pizza and a sleepover.

The College Football Hall of Fame sounds like a place my grandson would want to have his party. These are all great suggestions.

These sound like some fun places! My son has autism so he always preferred quiet family parties. We’d usually take him to Texas Roadhouse as well, since it’s one of his favorites.

My daughter on the other hand likes to celebrate. She has gone to Sky Zone before, and recently had a party at Main Event.

What a wonderful list of resources. I wish we had all of these different options in Connecticut. Thankful that additional places were created throughout the years.

What a fun list of places to throw a party. I used to struggle for ideas for my son. I feel there are more options for girly parties sometimes.

What a cute son you have and a good sport participating in all those photos. My kids would love any Sky Zone kind of activity I think. These all sound like fun for so many kids and so many reasons too.

Sounds like there are some really great options in your area! Boys birthdays can be hard! We just had my 4-year-olds birthday at a pavilion at a park near us so it was pretty easy! Great ideas!!

That’s a great idea and a cool location! I never thought it would be hard to find a place for a boy, but I can see that it can be difficult. This party looks incredible!

Oh wow you have a lot of great suggestions. I am starting to struggle with birthday parties with my oldest because he is at these where he doesn’t need the big Chucky Cheese party but he still wants something.

Sky Zone sounds like an ultra-cool place! We have something very similar to it in the city where I lived a few years ago.

My son is into basketball these days so he would enjoy this kind of place to celebrate his birthday. We always go on a road trip for his birthday though.

We have quite a few similar venues where we are from. With such a large family, we tend to have a very small party with one or two close friends then the siblings take over
