I am finally getting around to talking about Mother’s Day! I offered a free photoshoot for Mothers on Mothers day at the beautiful Botanical gardens here in Atlanta so I will share some of those photos with you below. Make sure you are signed up for my newsletter for more free photoshoots and other freebies every Tuesday. My Privacy Policy is also up on my page for you to see following this new GDPR mess going on. My kids asked me what I wanted for mothers day so here is the conversation…..
Dman: Mom I will cook you breakfast for Mother’s Day and I will try not to get any egg shells in the egg
Me: Did you even ask me what I wanted for Mother’s Day? What if I wanted cereal in bed
Dman: That will work then.
Zaza: Mom I will make you a card and put my footprint on it because you don’t have any footprints of us when we were a baby
Me: Ok please don’t make a mess
On Mother’s Day, my son gave me a rose bush that looked thirsty (see photo here) and my daughter gave me her handmade card! I also received 2 charms for my pandora bracelet, an edible arrangements basket, and brunch from various friends. I truly appreciated Mother’s Day this year and had dinner over at another friends house so I wasn’t alone like I usually am. When we got back home my daughter asked
Zaza: So mom what do you really want for Mother’s Day
I paused for a moment and said
Me: Nothing. I already have everything I need
Zaza: Awww mom we love you to
Me: Oh I wasn’t talking about you I was talking about my camera and all my lens to take pictures
Honestly, though I need one more lens so I am going to put it in the atmosphere but I was truly happy this Mother’s Day. I was treated with so much love from various friends and from my children that I couldn’t ask for anything more.
