August 29, 2016

Corn mazes are a traditional fall custom all across America. Some of us don’t get to take a break from our busy schedules in order to visit one each fall but we should! Not only are they a blast for the whole family but the country/farm atmosphere is relaxing and washes away all worry allowing you to truly enjoy at least one day of fall. Fall is such a magical time of the year and it truly feels like it’s the kickoff of all the major holidays we love and enjoy. Below are a few of our favorite corn mazes from across the state of Georgia. We wish we could have listed them all, but that’s impossible as Georgia loves its corn mazes and there are many to choose from!

6.Poppell Farms | Odum, GA – Stay tuned to this farm as it’s getting ready to release a preview of its 2016 corn maze design soon! They’ve even teamed up with Spookley the Square Pumpkin to bring awareness against bullying! Help support the cause!
7.Copper Creek Farm | Calhoun, GA – This farm has both a normal AND haunted corn maze for those who prefer more choices! This year’s design are giant heads of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
8.Mitcham Farm | Oxford, GA – This farm boasts that it’s more than just a fun corn maze, it’s also educational! Have fun seeing the rubbed drawings and playing trivia as you explore the maze. Don’t miss out on a hayride while you’re at it!
9.Sleepy Hollow Farm | Powder Springs, GA – Don’t let the name scare you, this farm is charming and has a ton of family friendly fun. Have a little bit of fun getting cozy with the farm animals while you’re there.
10.Southern Belle Farm | McDonough, GA – This farm is just as charming as its name would suggest. They have a night time maze but it’s not haunted so bring your flashlight and make it tougher on yourself to get through the maze. Don’t miss all 20 attractions!

It was so hard choosing which corn mazes to include because Georgia had a long list of amazing ones all across the state. Feel free to share your favorite Georgia corn maze with us!

Wow! Georgia has a lot of corn fields! Believe it or not the only corn field I’ve ever been is one in Jamaica. I need to visit one here!
