Fighting between the kids + Wed Links

December 20, 2017

My kids fight….they get up fighting, they come home fighting, they go to sleep fighting….with each other. Normally I stay out of it but sometimes I have to show up and show out. The other day I was on my way home from picking them both up from school out of my peripheral vision (that’s a big word I had to go to google to spell that out) I see a doll baby being thrown in my backseat. It was thrown by Zaza at Dman because he asked her if she had homework. Convo starts from there

Zaza: I don’t have any homework don’t ask me anything when I get in the car

Dman: Why don’t you ever have homework I have it all the time its not fair

Zaza: you got homework and I don’t when I get home I am going to play with your tablet

Dman: if you touch my tablet I am going to sit on you

Zaza: No you won’t because I will choke you

Dman: No you won’t I am going to sit on you

Zaza: You not gonna touch me

Dman: Mom….

Me: I don’t know who it is you speak of

Zaza: see like I said you won’t touch me

Dman: *throws the doll baby back at her*

Zaza: *throws her book bag*

By this time I am about 3 minutes from the house so I pull over on the side of the road….I go Tasmanian devil on their ass. Get back in my car and get in the garage

Zaza: *to her brother* you mad

Dman: Don’t speak to me at all for the rest of the day

Zaza: *laughs an evil laugh*

Conclusion: I am an only child not use to the bickering especially when I am trying to drive. When at home I ignore them but when I driving I need peace and concentration.

Wed Links

I think traveling to the beach in the fall is less crowded and perfect for a peaceful getaway

Santa Cinnamon rolls….complete with starbursts….interesting indeed

I am an introvert and this is a good list of why you should hire me

I don’t watermark my photos anymore. If you steal the photo go ahead…trust…I have a backup to the photo you stole

Did you know that I don’t really buy sleeping clothes for my kids? They wear stuff that doesn’t fit anymore to bed lol

Next year I think we will do this for some of our friends

I have a fireplace in my house that I am scared to light up. Maybe I can do so before the New Year

I love photography and these are some great last minute gift ideas

You always have the best stories. I have a younger brother so I can relate to this. They pick with each other but I’m sure they have each other’s back.

I use to go to war with my sister, my brother not so much. My children have huge gaps between them, but that little one is fire. I’ve had at least 20 years to learn to ignore them unless I hear the silent cry, you know the long air in before the storm cry. get them a together shirt and see how that goes, lol

I think this is why my patience is nonexistence. I’m an only child so I’m not used to the constant bickering and the other things that children do so when I’m around them and it’s happening, my nerves…

Kids argue for the silliest things. lol I have 6 brothers and sisters and we always fought, but we’re so close now and laugh at what we used to fight about.

LOL!!! The thing is they will fight and bicker with each other but let someone from the outside try to come between them they will be a force to be reckoned with! Believe me, I know first hand! My sister and I didn’t argue all the time but we had our moments! But we are a lot better now that we are older! Now we just go to our separate homes when we get on each other’s nerves!

I call for silence so often. Especially when I am driving! I can’t take that back and forth all the time. I am quick to say – no talking… then they fall asleep and all is right in my world!

This was my life growing up, and it’s my life now. My parents had four children and so do I, and the TWINS argue like they didn’t grow with each other for 9 months! Hmph!

We have a fireplace too that I’d love to use. But our landlord isn’t sure if it’s functional and I need to get it inspected first.

I’m so glad I didn’t deal with this. My kids never really argued. There’s a good gap between them so they do there own thing.

I wish I couldn’t relate to this but I have a 13-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter. Most days I feel like I have two 2-year-olds. They fight or everything and nothing at the same time. It drives me crazy, I kirk out on them when I can’t take it anymore. I used to fight with my sister (I am classic little sister) but we weren’t this bad.

I’m grateful that my 9 yo twins are not at odds. They are totally on the same times and love to be in each others space. This is great advance though, because I hear many siblings have a sibling rivalry with each other.

This is too good! I used to bicker with my siblings all of the time and now I’m on the other end of it.
