With Fathers day coming up this weekend…all hands will be on deck. My hubs loved going on that grill but I was always tired of the same ole same ole burger so last year we did something different we had a seafood fathers day. This year even though he is no longer with us I want to keep that tradition alive so we will be making a seafood burger. I like easy food that’s not hard to do and you can find all the ingredients. This one makes two burgers!
- 1 Cup Shrimp
- 1 Filet of Salmon
- 2 Teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- Place your shrimp, salmon, and Cajun seasoning in a food processor and chop until there are no large chunks.
- Make the mixture into patties and place in frying pan.
- These do not take long to cook so just brown each side and enjoy!
