Cheesy Sausage Dip

I love a good dip! Most of the time I buy the jar ones and I am beginning to not like them anymore so I think it’s time to make my own dip. Chips and Dip are my thing! Whats your favorite chips and dip? I can make this an actual meal for myself so this can be turned into a dinner item instead of a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese
  • 1 Can Rotel
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Pound Sausage

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, cook your sausage until done. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, add your rotel and corn (drain the corn but not the rotel). Allow it to heat up on medium to low heat for a few minutes.
  3. Add your can of cheese and mix well.
  4. Wait until cheese is nice and hot then add your sausage. Stir well and immediately move from stove.
  5. It’s ready to serve and tastes great with tortilla chips!

Dips around my house can be a whole meal sometimes. I always make homemade dips for the freshness and great taste. Will be trying yours out probably this weekend.

Homemade dips are so much better than those in the jar and most of them are so simple to make. I love that your dip has cheese and sausage. I could make a meal of this. It looks amazing.

I’ve had this same recipe, without the corn. What an interesting addition. We love dips for football games, so I’m gonna try this one out.

Oh I bet this would have just the right amount of spice from the rotel and the sausage. I’d love to make some for a movie night!

I love a good chip and dip. My cousin makes something similar with ground beef instead of sausage.

I love a good dip but my daughter loves them even more. We’ve made a dip before but it wasn’t this fancy. This one sounds filling.

I love good dip and nachos. Especially sweet potato nachos. lol. This looks like it would be more filling than a regular dip. I’ll probably try this one day.

Extremely easy to make. My family and I just went from Vegetarian to vegan and I see that this is one of those recipes that I can easily alter for our diet. It’s refreshing and healthy.

I love chips and dip. I’m not sure if I have a favorite but I do like a 7 layer dip. This recipe is something I can easily make and will think about before I buy a can cheese dip. I have been eating a lot of bean dip and salsa lately.

We are a family that loves a good dip from guacamole to bean to cheese to french onion. This seems like a good one to add to the list!
