7 things to know about non football fans

There are at least 7 things to know about non football fans. And because I am one them, I’ll be kind enough to share them with you. I am not a huge football fan. Ok scratch that I don’t know anything about football but a touchdown. Sad, I know but true I can’t ever get the lowdown from most guys because they are busy watching the game to answer my “important questions”. Or is that I am nagging? While everyone gets ready for their parties and get-togethers I am over here like “but who’s playing?”

Here are 7 things to know about non football fans

If we have to watch….we only watch to appease our men and to be in the atmosphere

We don’t know what to wear or what team to support. We just go with the majority. I personally prefer to go with the team least likely to win…I like to root for the underdog they need someone in their corner…why, not someone who doesn’t know a thing about football *side eye*

We love listening to the men debate which team is the best…. we can sit all day and watch them be so passionate about football then think why can’t they be this passionate about planning a date night or be this passionate about helping us around the house….maybe we need to turn cleaning time into a game….hmmmm

Turn over…yass they turned it over…but why was there a flag called and what team was it called on……yes we ask a lot of questions because we want to try to be interested and not seem like a boring lame.

We like to pick the team with the best colors during football season….I personally love those *goes off to Google to find the team with the lime green in it……………………………………* Yes the Seattle Seahawks with that lime green and blue. I have some blue sweats that would look great with a lime green shirt and some Nike…..

While we browse our phone….we hear a loud commotion about why no one was there for the quarterback…he got sacked again…….so omm whose the quarterback…is he that cute guy I have seen on the cover of ESPN….. I know they didn’t hurt our baby.

Can you relate to any of these 7 things to know about non football fans?

We enjoy the cooking more than the games. Our displays of food need to stay cute at all times….anyone needs a football-shaped sandwich? Or how about a tray from Hormel that has everything you need?

But I Do Know Food

I may not know much about football but I know food and this party tray is perfect for your get together. We were gearing up for a get together on last Sunday to entertain some folks for the Falcons game. A lot of my friends came over along with some of my hubs friends and we had a great time. First I told my kids to get the party tray together…give them something to do.

Then, of course, they wanted to taste test it

It was kid tested and approved. I personally love trays like this because it’s easy for everyone to pick what they want. I am a huge fan of making me a sandwich without the extra bread because I am trying to watch my figure lol. My kids loved it and asked me to save some for them to take to school (none was left)

You can find these trays at Walmart! Right in the deli department. Pick it up and set it up at home and you are halfway ready to entertain and there is not a lot of work. I loved that the tray was already kind of set up to where everything was supposed to go this made things easy for my kids to set up the tray very nicely. Whether you are having a sports party, birthday party or any other holiday gathering make sure you pick up one of these trays!

What would be your favorite thing to eat from this tray? Would you make a sandwich with the crackers or eat things separately?

I received free product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own!

These snacks look like they will hit the spot! Just like you, my football knowledge is limited, but in all honesty I watch just to see the men play 😍 *don’t judge me*

I love your post. Lol I understand a good amount of football. Im a New York Giants fan (colors: red, blue and white) Growing up my mom took me to professional football and baseball games. Football stuck with me the most.

I buy these trays all the time. I love a good presentation I stay faux winning.

I honestly don’t like to cook. It’s necessary but if genies really existed my first wish would be for a chef. I’m also not a big football fan. Thankfully, my husband is ok watching football in his office on his cellphone.

Yeah, outside of the Redskins and Seahawks it’s all about the team with the best colors for me. I’m also ready to eat all my favorite foods during the game.

I love making my husband wings when he’s watching the game. I don’t really get into it unless he reminds me that someone I watched on a documentary of some sort is on there.

I only watch football under duress. I know the basics of what’s happening, but I don’t care about teams.
Meanwhile, my husband and son scream at the TV all Saturday long about their favorite college teams.

I’m not exactly a football fan, but I know the ins and outs from dating one, lol. Like you, I’m manly here for the snacks! That tray looks great.

I’m a football fan and my husband is a fanatic. I’ve learned so much by watching him scream at the TV. LOL. My favorite part of football season has to be the wings and beer. haaha!
